Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Daniel E. Kieffer, 17, Darlington, was cited for failure to notify police of an accident at about 11 a.m. Sunday. The citation was a result of a hit-and-run accident that took place Friday on Main Street. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the American Legion parking lot. Police report a vehicle driven by Robert R. Freitag, 67, New Glarus, was parking and hit a legally parked vehicle owned by Martha A. Benoy, 42, New Glarus. The vehicles received minor damage.

- No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 8 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Railroad Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Megan E. Ryan, 26, Colfax, was backing out of a parking stall and collided with a vehicle driven by Cole A. Dockter, 16, New Glarus. The vehicles received minor damage.

- Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash that took place at about 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of 2nd Street. Police report a vehicle crashed into a house. The driver fled the scene. The vehicle was impounded.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about midnight Saturday on County KK at Radio Lane in Monroe township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by William D. Jacobson, 28, Monroe, failed to negotiate a curve, left the road and rolled over. Jacobson sustained injuries He was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. He was released pending court. The vehicle was towed.

- No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 2 a.m. Friday in the W5200 block of County KK in Monroe township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Korey J.W. Phillips, 25, Rock City, Ill., hit a parked vehicle in a parking lot. He was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and driving too fast for conditions. Phillips was released pending court. The vehicles received moderate damage.

- No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10 p.m. Saturday on Old Madison Road in New Glarus township. Deputies report a sports utility vehicle allegedly forced another vehicle off the road. The driver of the vehicle that left the road left the scene. A passenger in the vehicle, Christopher S. Meyer, 23, New Glarus, was arrested for three counts of disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance at the scene. Meyer was jailed.

- No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:30 p.m. Friday on Purintun Road in Albany township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jerry R. Davis, 37, Albany, left the road, slid down an embankment and overturned. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

- A vehicle driven by Marlis G. Silver, 47, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday in the W3800 block of County EE in Mount Pleasant township. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Mark J. Dieckman, 26, Browntown, collided with a deer at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the W9000 block of Wisconsin 81 in Jordan township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Juan Tellez-Martinez, 20, Monroe, was arrested for driving without a license following a report a vehicle in a ditch at about 7:45 a.m. Friday on Wis. 126 in elk Grove township. He was released pending court.

- A vehicle driven by Terry L. Noble, 58, Gratiot, collided with a deer at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 78 in Gratiot township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
