MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Ninth Street. Police report an unoccupied vehicle, owned by Arlie R. Fahrney, Monroe, rolled out of a parking lot and struck a building. The vehicle received moderate damage and the building received minor damage.
