Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Ninth Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Chelsea R. Knell, 19, Monroe, hit a vehicle driven by Beth E. Hoesly, 19, Monroe. Knell was cited for violating the absolute sobriety law and inattentive driving. A passenger in Knell's vehicle, Matthew L. Sturdavent, 19, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking. They were released pending court.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:15 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of 16th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Douglas B. Scace, 37, Monroe, hit a parked vehicle owned by Steven L. Mason because of a vehicle malfunction. Both vehicles received extensive damage and were towed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 2:30 p.m. Aug. 19 in the parking lot at Culver's restaurant. Police report a vehicle driven by Kristin L. Finley, 41, Monroe, backed into a four-door Chevrolet owned by the Wisconsin National Guard. The Chevrolet received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:45 a.m. Sunday on North Park Street in Belmont. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jasehia Chavez, 22, Belmont, left the road, and hit the bleachers, dugout and baseball field area at Bond Park. Chavez was cited for failure to have control of a vehicle and driving without a valid license. Chavez's vehicle received moderate damage.
