DARLINGTON - On April 12:
• No injuries were reported when Christine M. Stephens, Cuba City, struck a deer at 8:15 p.m. on Carr Factory Road, Benton Township. Stephens' 2017 Subaru sustained minor damage.

MONROE - On April 12:
• A vehicle fire with no injuries was reported at 5:43 p.m. in the W800 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Spring Grove. Matthew A. Porter, 36, Janesville, was traveling east when his vehicle started smoking. Porter pulled his vehicle over to the side of the road and opened his hood and observed a small fire in the engine compartment. A passerby stopped and put the fire out with an extinguisher. The vehicle sustained no observable fire damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
