Thomas B. Graebner, age 81 of Albany, died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at his home. He was born on December 5, 1933 in Barneveld, WI, the son of James and Nora (Hendrickson) Graebner. He graduated from Madison East High School and attended U.W. Madison. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 to 1954. Thomas married Shirley A. Neve on November 27, 1954 in Mauston, WI. He worked as a Lithographer in the Printing Industry for Litho & Widen Color Graphics in Madison. Thomas was a member of Albany Lutheran Church. He enjoyed drawing and Sketching.
He is survived by his wife Shirley of Albany; son, Thomas H. (Ginny) Graebner of Albany; daughter, Kristy (Jeff) Pryce of Albany; grandchildren: Bob and Missy Pryce, Mandy Graebner, and Michael (Katlyn) Graebner; and great-grandchildren: Rylee and Emma. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jim, a sister, Carolyn, and a granddaughter in infancy.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Albany Lions Club with Pastor David Natzke officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Albany, with Military Honors. A visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Albany Lions Club. Memorials to Albany Lutheran Church in Tom's Memory would be appreciated.
