Robert G. Bergman

As Bob's wife, I have the privilege to write the obituary for my husband. It is easy to give you the basic information of his life, but I cannot begin to tell you what this man has brought to the lives of his family. He laughed with us, prayed with us, cried with us and always supported us completely. We teased him, embarrassed him and loved him deeply.

Robert G. Bergman, 69, of Brodhead, passed away peacefully at the U.W. Hospital on Monday August 3, 2009. He was born on May 19, 1940 at home in Verdi, Minn. to Mancel and Lorene (Weaver) Bergman. Kratz Co. from 1965 to 1985, and then Nortel Networks until his retirement in 2002.
