MONROE - Nathan S. Aslesen, 31, Madison, was cited for operating with a suspended license at 6:36 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Rutland Avenue, in the Village of Brooklyn. Aslesen was released.

DARLINGTON - Karillyn C. Clemons, 21, Beloit, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Darlington Police Department for failing to pay a fine for operating a vehicle without insurance at 6:34 p.m. Thursday. Clemons was jailed.
• Alyssa D. Fisher, 21, Monroe, was cited for having no insurance and an inadequate muffler at 7:27 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 11 in the Village of South Wayne, following a traffic stop.
