Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - On Sunday, Sept. 17:

• Christopher Reilly, 39, and Richard Thomas, 33, both of Darlington, were cited for disorderly conduct at 1 a.m. following an altercation at a bar on Main Street.

• Karissa Jacobson, 28, Darlington, was cited for operating the wrong way on a divided highway at 2:22 a.m. following a traffic stop on Alice Street.

On Wednesday:

• James D. Anderson, 59, Verona, was cited for speeding at 9:42 a.m. on Wisconsin 23.

• Andrew J. Turpin, 21, Darlington, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on a felony warrant out of Dubuque, Iowa. He was also cited for obstructing police and driving with a suspended license. He was transported to the jail.

• Hayley N. Nichols, 18, Highland, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at 11:19 a.m. at a Division Street home.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• A deputy responded at 7:29 a.m. to Wisconsin 11, Town of Gratiot, for a welfare check.

• Livestock on the road were reported at 8:03 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Lamont.

• A theft was reported at 8:14 a.m. on County D in South Wayne.

• A deputy responded at 12:31 a.m. to Wis. 11 in Shullsburg for a traffic complaint.

• Rufino Argulles-Flores, 19, Darlington, was arrested and jailed on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver following a traffic stop at 5:20 p.m. on Galena Street in Darlington. The arresting officer found eight small individual packets of cocaine on Argulles-Flores. During the traffic stop, Pedro Hernandez Mirandez, 22, Darlington, was cited for not having vehicle insurance.

• A deputy assisted Darlington police in a welfare check at 7:17 p.m. on Main Street in Darlington.

• A deputy responded at 8:15 p.m. to Main Street in Gratiot for a welfare check.

• Kaleb T. Klar, 24, Benton, was cited for not having vehicle insurance at 8:19 p.m. on County J in Benton. His passenger, Duane L. Madge, Jr., 26, Hazel Green, was cited for possession of marijuana. Madge was also arrested and jailed on a warrant issued by Crawford County.

• Deputies responded at 9:15 p.m. to County M, Town of Wiota, for a welfare check. The Green County Sheriff's Office assisted on scene.

• Livestock on the road were reported at 11:48 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

On Wednesday:

• A deputy assisted Belmont police with a traffic stop at 2:01 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• A noise complaint was reported at 2:25 a.m. on Galena Street in Argyle.

• Alexis M. Mauser, 18, Stockton, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 10:39 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 11:17 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• A deputy responded at 11:28 a.m. to County G, Town of Fayette, for a vehicle unlock.

• Deputies responded at 12:04 p.m. to a juvenile problem on Alma Street in Benton.

• Guillermo C. Gonzalez-Garcia, 20, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving without a license following a traffic stop at 3:42 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. He was booked at the jail and later released.

• A deputy responded at 4:08 p.m. to Water Street in Benton for a juvenile problem.

• Tristan M. Rosenstiel, 20, South Wayne, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance at 6:02 p.m. on County O, Town of Seymour.

• Livestock on the road was reported at 7:20 p.m. on Riverside Road, Town of Wiota.

• Mack J. Stein, 26, Argyle, was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer and cited for operating while intoxicated (first offense), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain control of vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident after the Argyle Fire Department and Argyle EMS responded at 8:03 p.m. to a vehicle on fire on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle. Stein was booked at the jail and later posted bond. Argyle police assisted at the scene.

• William R. McCoy, 48, Asbury, Iowa, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at 8:46 p.m. on Miner Way in Shullsburg.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 11:14 p.m. on East Main Street.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Tyler D. Bevins, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday on a probation violation and on charges of obstructing police and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license and failing to install an ignition-interlock device. He was jailed.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Clayton A. Johnson, 32, Monticello, voluntarily turned himself in at the jail at 2:49 p.m. for a Green County child support warrant.
