MONROE - On Wednesday, Sept. 23:

• Gabriel A. Hagen, 20, Brodhead, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. in the 1800 block of 12th Street on a warrant issued by the Brodhead Police Department for failure to pay the fine on an underage drinking ticket. He was released after posting bond.

• Travis C. Henricks, 33, Monroe, was cited for malicious destruction of property after police responded to a report at 8:26 p.m. that he punched a Little Free Library in a residential yard in the 1100 block of 19th Street. The resident called police after hearing the glass window break on the "take a book, leave a book" exchange box. Police located Henricks nearby walking with others. He had been drinking and had minor cuts on himself from breaking the glass.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Cresta S. McMahon, 42, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, in the N1800 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Clarno.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Sept. 23:

• A deputy responded at 4:35 a.m. to assist a motorist on County E, Town of Shullsburg. The vehicle was out of commission and later towed from the scene.

• Lost property was reported at 10:35 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A deputy responded at 2:28 p.m. to North Judgement Street in Shullsburg for a report of threats to injure.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 2:40 p.m. on 1st Street in Benton.

• A deputy responded at 4:14 p.m. to Wis. 78, Town of Argyle, for a noise complaint.

• Deputies responded at 5:04 p.m. to West High Street in Shullsburg for a report of a domestic dispute.

• Gerard A. McKibben, 26, and Christen J. Young, 24, both of Argyle, were arrested on charges of domestic-abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 6 p.m. to a report of a domestic dispute on South Lafayette Street in Argyle. McKibben and Young were jailed, then released later after posting bond.

• A civil dispute was reported at 7:05 p.m. on Front Street, Town of New Diggings.
