MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Guadalupe Sarmiento-Gomez, 18, Monroe, was cited at 4:53 p.m. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1900 block of 29th Avenue. Another person, Eric E. Pombert, 18, Nora, Illinois, was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Donald W. Hopper, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of 25th Avenue.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Erly G. Jimenez-Bonilla, 56, Darlington, was cited at 2:24 a.m. for driving without a valid license and without proof of vehicle insurance on Wisconsin 23, Town of Willow Springs.
• Dogs running at large were reported at 6:24 a.m. on Glennville Road, Town of Shullsburg.
• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 12:26 p.m. on Whiteside Road, Town of Wiota.
• Cannie M. Ware Jr., 56, Rockford, Illinois, was cited at 5:03 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 7:21 p.m. on East Alice Street in Darlington.
• Todd J. Nielson, 35, Warren, Illinois, was cited at 8:46 p.m. for speeding on County W, Town of Monticello.
• A deputy responded at 10:55 p.m. to a civil dispute on Mink Farm Road, Town of Wayne.
