DARLINGTON - Zachary T. S. Sigafus, 17, and a 16-year-old male, both of South Wayne, were cited for underage tobacco possession at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday on Lincicum Road in the Town of Wayne. Both males were referred to a DNR Warden for a possible hunting violations.
