BRODHEAD - Jess F. Restivo, 22, Brodhead, was arrested in the N100 block of 1st Center Avenue at 12:12 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1000 feet of a city park, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without registration lamps. He was jailed. He is charged with two misdemeanor counts in Green County Circuit Court, and his next court date is Nov. 20.
• Jerry J. Palmer, 34, Freeport, Ill., was arrested in the 800 block of 1st Center Avenue at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, on an active warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.
• Adam W. Tracy, 21, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and damage to property in the 300 block of 2nd Street at 3:18 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, following a domestic incident.
• Elizabeth M. Martin, 31, Platteville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 4:28 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, in the 600 block of East 4th Avenue.
• Shirley B. Hicks, 43, Orangeville, Ill., was cited for driving with a suspended license at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, in the 600 block of East 4th Avenue.
• Mitchel G. Wiesenberg, 20, Brodhead, was cited for having improperly colored headlights at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 10.
• Rachel A. Flood-Elyafi, 45, Orfordville, was cited for speeding in a school zone at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in the 2000 block of West 9th Avenue.
• Andy J. Markham, 36, Juda, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at 5:18 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, following a traffic accident in the 1900 block of East 3rd Avenue.
• Gerald F. Pryce, 74, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a license at 2:56 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, in the 1800 block of 1st Center Avenue.
• John David Lewis, 22, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license, speeding and a child safety restraint violation at 6:37 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, in the 300 block of East 9th Avenue.

MONROE - Randey J. Wehe, 21, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies stopped him at 2:26 a.m. Saturday Oct. 13, in the 2000 block of 13th Street. Wehe was also cited for driving with a suspended license (seventh offense), operating left of center, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released to a responsible person pending court.
