Monroe Police

MONROE - Chad A. Edl, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct in the 900 block of 10th Street and released pending court.

On Saturday:

• A 16-year-old boy was arrested at 3:23 p.m. for retail theft in the 400 block of 8th Street and released pending court.

• Jacob H. Kasten, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. for retail theft in the 1000 block of 9th Street and released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Colin J. Dragone, 24, Brooklyn, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. Sunday at a residence on Amidon Road, Town of Brooklyn, on a Village of Albany warrant for failure to pay a fine. Dragone posted bond and was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Jillian J. Stietz, 30, Shullsburg was arrested at 6:19 p.m. for driving after revocation on Wisconsin 81, Argyle Township. Stietz was jailed and then later released pending court.

• A deputy responded to a report of an injured animal on Furnace Hill Road, Willow Springs Township, at 7:51 p.m.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - On Saturday:

• Adam D. Bliss, 32, Monroe, was arrested at 3 p.m. at a residence on Keep Street following an investigation into identity theft. Bliss remains jailed.

• Felipe Mendoza-Sanchez, 23, Darlington, was cited at 4:10 p.m. for driving without a valid license, third offense, and driving without insurance following a traffic crash investigation on Wis. 81.



Albany Police

ALBANY - Kevin Beckwith, 37, Albany, was arrested Thursday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of South Mechanic Street.



Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - On Thursday:

• Hunter R. Palmer, 19, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery in the 900 block of West 2nd Avenue. Palmer was release pending court. Palmer was arrested again at 1:44 p.m. at the same location for bail jumping and transported to the Green County Jail pending court.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Police took a report of harassment in the 20 block of 5th Avenue at 4:09 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, but it was found the incident occurred in Dane County's jurisdiction.

• Gary A. Norris, 61, New Glarus, was cited at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday, for improper parking of a vehicle, driving while under the influence, open intoxicants in the vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a person lying in the road in the 300 block of Elmer Road. Norris was transported to Monroe Clinic Hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
