MONROE - Brandon S. Richardson, 20, Monroe, was arrested for felony bail jumping at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West 8th Street. He was jailed.
• Cody D. Sweet, 20, Browntown, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a Monroe Police warrant at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of West 8th Street. He posted bond and was released pending court.
• Breanna M. Weegens, 18, Freeport, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-first offense, completing an improper turn and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration-first offense at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of 20th Avenue. A passenger, Kiara D. Pearson, 19, Freeport, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol. They were released pending court.

MONROE - Andrue EK Moen, 20, Monroe, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday in Monroe on a Green County warrant for failure to appear on issuance of worthless checks. Moen was jailed pending court.
• Philip D. Hoffman Jr., 25, Monroe, was cited for operating while revoked at about 6:15 a.m. Friday on Wisconsin 69 near Abels Road in the Town of Monroe, following a traffic stop for speeding. He was released pending court.
