Monroe Police

MONROE - Kayla M. Shook, 24, Beloit, was cited for theft at 7:57 a.m. Wednesday, in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Shook was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Jeremiah T. Irving, 18, Monroe, was cited at 12:54 a.m. for driving without a valid driver's license, second offense, after a deputy stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation on Wisconsin 69 south of Hefty Road, Town of Washington. Irving was released pending court.

• Jacob E. Johnson, 34, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. at a residence on Park Road, Town of Decatur, on a warrant for failing to appear for a court date. Johnson faces a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge which stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 7. Johnson was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the roadway at 8:27 a.m. on Wis. 11, Gratiot Township.

• A deputy was dispatched at 3:52 p.m. to a traffic complaint on North Street, Village of Argyle.

• A deputy assisted the Iowa County Sheriff's Department at 4:57 p.m. in attempting to locate a vehicle on U.S. 151, Belmont Township.

• Deputies and Shullsburg police responded to a reckless endangerment complaint at 5:41 p.m. on North Judgment Street, Shullsburg. The incident remains under investigation.

• A deputy assisted Darlington police with a domestic disturbance at 7:40 p.m. on East Louisa Street, Darlington.

• Robyn D. Beranek, 18, Darlington, was cited at 8:50 p.m. for a driver's license/permit violation following a traffic stop on County E, Shullsburg Township.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Julian Catarino Sanchez, 21, Shullsburg, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday for driving a vehicle without a license, third offense, following a traffic stop on Wis. 81. He was also cited for speeding. Sanchez was released pending court.Po
