Albany Police

ALBANY - Dakota R. Black, 22, Albany, was arrested Tuesday, May 15, on a warrant issued by Rock County.

- Shauna L. Larson, 31, Albany, was cited Tuesday, May 15, for non-registration of a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- A lawnmower was reportedly stolen Thursday, May 17, from the front of Albany Lutheran Church, 601 N. Mechanic St. It is described as a light green push mower with a red Craftsman motor. It may have been mistaken as being for sale or free. Police would just like the lawn mower returned.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Scott Kalb, 38, Milton, was cited for Public Nuisances Affecting Health (junk not cleaned up outdoors on a property) at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday, May 16.

- Sarah J. Roesslein, 34, Brodhead, was cited for Public Nuisances Affecting Health (junk not cleaned up outdoors on a property) at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, May 16.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Heather R.G. Hale, 22, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct under domestic abuse laws and felony bail jumping after police were dispatched at 11:42 a.m. Saturday, May 19, to a residence in the 2500 block of 5th Avenue. She allegedly threw a lamp and a television, broke a pair of eyeglasses and punched a 55-year-old man, who was left with a lump on the side of his head.

- Shaun C. Newcomer, 29, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct at an apartment in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West after police responded at 7:03 p.m. Sunday, May 20, to a complaint from a neighbor that Newcomer was causing a disturbance, yelling and pouring water through a balcony.

- A subcontractor working on remodeling construction in the 2900 block of 16th Street reported at 9:22 a.m. Friday, May 18, that the contractor had not fulfilled a contractual payment obligation.

- A person reportedly tried to fill a fraudulent prescription at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., at about 2 p.m. Friday, May 18. The case is under investigation.

- Vehicles in the 2000 blocks of Edgeview Drive and 15th Avenue were reportedly egged around 5 p.m. Sunday, May 20.

- Property owners in the 600 block of 22nd Avenue and 2100 block of 20th Avenue were issued notices Friday, May 18, to mow lawns.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Margaret M. Taylor, 61, Belleville, was cited for retail theft following an investigation of a report of theft at 9:47 a.m. Friday, May 18, at New Glarus Hardware, 1420 Wisconsin 69.

- Antinea Granados-Rangel, 45, Beloit, was cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance at 3:36 p.m. Friday, May 18, after police stopped her on Wisconsin 69 at 14th Avenue for an equipment violation.

- Matthew D. Denure, 33, Monticello, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 3:45 p.m. Friday, May 18, after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 14th Avenue for an equipment violation.

- Aubrey J. Chang, 17, Freeport, Ill., was cited for speeding at 4:37 p.m. Friday, May 18, on Wis. 69.

- Thomas A. McLean, 24, Madison, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 5:01 p.m. Friday, May 18, after police stopped him at an unspecified location for an equipment violation.

- Lyndsi N. Hayden, 26, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation and driving with an expired vehicle registration at 6:37 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at 1st Street and 7th Avenue.

- Bryce K. Hulbert, 20, Albany, was cited for transporting intoxicants and failure to fasten seatbelt, and Nicholas L. Davis, 19, Belleville, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at 6:58 p.m. Saturday, May 19, after a traffic stop on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

- Alice E. Lyman, 42, Madison, was cited for driving at an unreasonable and imprudent speed at 3:54 p.m. Sunday, May 20, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Tara Fetterlof, 18, Monroe, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and released to a family member after deputies, the Monticello Fire Department and New Glarus EMS responded at 7:43 a.m. Sunday, May 20, to an unresponsive female in the front yard of a residence in the 500 block of South Monroe Street in Monticello. When deputies and rescue personnel arrived, Fetterlof was reportedly awake and talking but intoxicated.

- Terra J. Alderman, 26, Monroe, was cited for failure to notify police of an accident, driving too fast for conditions and driving without vehicle insurance after deputies, the Brodhead Fire Department and Brodhead EMS responded at 9:12 a.m. Sunday, May 20, to a single-vehicle rollover in the W700 block of Mohns Clark Road in the Town of Spring Grove. No one could be located in or around the vehicle. Investigation revealed Alderman had been headed east on Mohns Clark Road when she lost control and the vehicle veered into the ditch, overturned and hit the embankment and several trees before coming to a rest on its roof. Alderman was located several hours later. She reported seatbelt usage and minor injuries but declined medical treatment. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Robert J. Bakke, 25, Madison, was cited for driving while intoxicated after a deputy investigated a complaint at 12:41 a.m. Friday, May 18, of a parked vehicle in the lane of traffic on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. The incident remains under investigation.

- Zachary A. Smith, 20, Lake in the Hills, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:58 p.m. Saturday, May 19, on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington.

- John K. Hocking, 40, South Wayne, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 5:03 p.m. on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington.
