BELLEVILLE - A juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, after causing a disturbance at Belleville High School.
- Matthew J. Leaverton, 51, Madison, was cited at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, May 12, for driving with a revoked license.
- Police took a report at about 9 a.m. Thursday, May 3, that a white substance, possibly sugar, had been dumped in a gas tank. A suspect was named and police continue to investigate.
- Trey P. Hamilton, 21, of rural Belleville, was cited at 1:29 p.m. Sunday, May 13, for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON - Thomas R. Parkinson, 49, Darlington, was arrested on Alice Street at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 10, on a warrant issued by Iowa County. He posted bond and was released.
- Murray A. Heitzer, 60, Fennimore, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at about 9:15 p.m. Monday, May 14, following a traffic stop on Galena Street.
Monroe Police
MONROE - Nicole M. Sulzer, 18, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after officers responded at 7:56 a.m. Monday, May 14, to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of 19th Street and 14th Avenue. Sulzer reportedly collided with a vehicle driven by Keith A. Lindsay, 60, Monroe. Sulzer's vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
- Guadalupe M. Chaddick, 44, Browntown, was cited for inattentive driving after officers responded at 2:02 p.m. Monday, May 14, to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of 7th Street West and West 6th Avenue. Chaddick reportedly rearended a motorcycle driven by Danny G. Burkhalter, 52, South Wayne. Burkhalter sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
- Police took a complaint at 7:50 a.m. Monday, May 14, of chalk graffiti on an apartment complex garage door in the 2000 block of 4th Street.
- A resident in the 500 block of West 21st Street was warned not to feed stray cats after a neighbor complained at 2:08 p.m. Monday, May 14, that there were too many animals at the home. Police investigated and found the resident owns three cats, which is within the city limit.
- A resident in the 2500 block of 11th Avenue was warned to keep a dog under control after a neighbor complained at 7:20 p.m. Monday, May 14, that the dog was running at large.
- A parent called police to the 500 block of West 21st Street at 8:03 p.m. Monday, May 14, to stop an argument between a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - David A. Scofield, Jr., 23, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving at an unreasonable/imprudent speed and driving a vehicle without insurance or registration after deputies came upon a one-vehicle crash at 7:33 p.m. Monday, May 14, at the intersection of Wisconsin 59 and Greenbush Road. Scofield reportedly failed to stop at the intersection and came to rest in the ditch. He was uninjured. Three passengers complained of minor injuries but declined medical attention. The vehicle sustained moderate rear-end damage and was later removed from the scene.
- Jason A. Hauf, 43, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license after deputies and the Brodhead Police, Fire and EMS Departments responded at 7:56 p.m. Monday, May 14, to a motorcycle crash in the W600 block of Ten Eyck Road in the Town of Decatur. Hauf was reportedly driving the motorcycle when he lost control and veered into the ditch, hitting the embankment. He was ejected. Brodhead EMS transported him to Monroe Clinic ER for minor leg and chest injuries. The motorcycle was moderately damaged and removed later from the scene by a private party.

DARLINGTON - Ryan S. Rebout, 31, Gratiot, was arrested on a charge of substantial battery at 5:20 a.m. Monday, May 14, after deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Gratiot. Rebout was jailed.
- Stephanie P. Jackson, 23, Platteville, was cited for driving by permittee without an authorized person over the age of 21 at 7:32 a.m. Monday, May 14, after a deputy and Belmont Ambulance and the Belmont Fire Department responded to a one-vehicle accident on West Mound Road in the Town of Belmont. Jackson was headed north when she reportedly crossed the road into the ditch and hit a culvert and a fence. She was transported to Southwest Health Center in Platteville for an evaluation of injuries.
