GREEN COUNTY

SHERIFF

MONROE - Benjamin P. Affrunti, 40, Monticello, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. Thursday on two counts of disorderly conduct after he was reported riding a dirt bike recklessly before creating a disturbance at a business in the N6400 block of County N, Town of Washington. Affrunti left the business but returned later and caused another disturbance. He was also cited for reckless driving and driving without vehicle insurance. Affrunti was released pending court.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 12:15 a.m. on Moundview Road, Town of Belmont.

• Ronda J. Toepfer, 36, Gratiot, was cited at 8:42 a.m. for speeding, driving without proof of vehicle insurance and with a suspended vehicle registration on Wisconsin 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 11:30 a.m. on County N, Town of Argyle.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:48 p.m. on Blake Street in Blanchardville.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 3:04 p.m. on West Main Street in Benton.

• Jeremy L. Hefty, 34, Darlington, was cited at 4:51 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance and non-registration of a vehicle on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• Matthew J. Zimmerman, 19, Batavia, Ill., was cited at 6:48 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• David Ortiz, 20, Franklin Park, Ill., was cited at 7:49 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 9:30 p.m. on County N, Town of Argyle.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 10:20 p.m. with a suspicious vehicle on Division Street in Darlington.
