Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On May 10:

• A civil dispute was reported at 9:49 a.m. on Mink Farm Road in Wayne Township.

• Robert R. Marshall, 41, Shullsburg, was arrested for domestic battery (3 counts), disorderly conduct (2 counts) and intimidating a victim at 1:22 p.m. on Mullen Road in White Oak Springs Township. Marshall was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody. Marshall was also cited for operating without a valid driver's license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

• Lance T. McGuire, 34, Darlington, was cited for failure to wear ATV seatbelt at 4:28 p.m. on the Cheese County Trail.

• An animal problem was reported at 6:35 a.m. on County Q in New Diggings Township. Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources assisted.

• A noise complaint was reported at 6:54 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• A dog running at large was reported at 7:52 p.m. on Faymont Road in Lamont Township.

• Austin P. Holtzman, 20, Linden, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and passing in an intersection at 10:05 p.m.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Gerald L. Brown, 44, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer at 8:15 a.m. May 9 in the 1100 block of 17th Street. Brown was released pending a court appearance.
