MONROE - Dawn A. Little, 30, Albany, was arrested for bail jumping, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and allowing underage drinking following a report of a loud party at about 1:45 a.m. Monday, at a private residence in Albany. She was jailed. Lucas F. Storlie, 18, Evansville, Benjamin J. Rivers, 19, Albany, Allen M. Carstensen, 18, Albany, and a 16-year-old Albany female were cited for underage drinking. They were released pending court.
• Travis L. Hampton, 30, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 10:15 p.m. in a private resident on County N. He was released pending court.
