DARLINGTON - Juan C. Carrizalez, 29, Darlington, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license following a traffic stop at about 6:15 a.m. Saturday on Main Street. He posted bond and was released pending court.
- Jermhal J. Campbell, 36, Janesville, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked Wisconsin driver's license following a traffic stop at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Louisa Street. Campbell was also cited for having an open intoxicant in the motor vehicle. He was released pending court. A passenger, Wilson Galo-Umansor, 27, Darlington, was also cited for having an open intoxicant in the motor vehicle. Galo posted bond and was released pending court.

MONROE - Kyle L. Trumpy, 18, McConnell, Ill., was arrested for driving while intoxicated; having a prohibited alcohol concentration; illegal use of radio or other electronic amplification device; expired registration; driving without a valid driver's license; no insurance; and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 5 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. He was released pending court.
