Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Joshua S. Johnson, 30, Darlington, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at about 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, following a disturbance at a business on Main Street. Johnson is accused of engaging in profane language and breaking a window out of a truck. He was jailed pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Two boys, ages 16 and 15, and a 16-year-old girl were cited for truancy at 7:58 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.

- A sign advertising daycare was found nailed to a tree in the 1300 block of 21st Street at 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, a violation of city code.

- Graffiti (spray-painted flames) was found on a wall in the 1400 block of 18th Street at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 20.

- Police gave notice to the building inspector at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, that a house in the 2100 block of 16th Avenue was abandoned and had cats crawling in and out of it.

- A property owner in the 1700 block of 16th Street was warned at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, to remove a vehicle parked in the yard and clean up an accumulation of rubbish.

- A dog owner in the 1300 block of 21st Avenue was warned to keep a dog quiet at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, after police responded to an anonymous complaint that the animal was barking excessively.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Alexandria L. Schoenfeld, 17, Cuba City, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, after a deputy responded with the Cuba City Police Department to a domestic disturbance on North Cody Street. Schoenfeld was transported to the Lafayette County Jail, where she was booked and released.

- Joshua W. Luloff, 21, Winslow, Ill., was cited for speeding at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, on County KK in the Town of Gratiot.

- Logan P. Stietz, 17, Argyle, was cited for failing to wear a seatbelt and driving a vehicle with no proof of insurance at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, following a traffic stop on Division Street in South Wayne.
