DARLINGTON - Seth M. Anderson, 20, Mogadore, Ohio, was cited for driving while intoxicated, underage drinking and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 23 at about 2:10 a.m. Saturday, March 9. His passengers, Nicholas J. Jones, 18, South Beloit, and Jeffrey T. McDowell, 18, Rockton, were also cited for underage drinking. All were released pending court.

MONROE - Autumn Foster, 17, Monroe, was cited for truancy at 11:38 a.m. Monday, March 11, at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.
An assault was reported at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Sinners Saloon, 1428 17th St. A 23-year-old Brodhead man reported that another bar patron struck him above the right eye with a beer bottle. The assailant fled westbound on foot and was not located. The injured man had his cut checked at the ER.
A business in the 600 block of 4th Avenue was warned to shovel sidewalks after police responded to an anonymous caller at 11:11 a.m. Monday, March 11.
Damage to a door handle on a vehicle parked outside the YMCA, 1307 2nd St., was reported at 1:03 p.m. Monday, March 11. The door handle is valued at less than $500.
A resident in the 1600 block of 12th Street was warned to clear snow and ice from the sidewalk after police responded to a citizen's complaint at 3:17 p.m. Monday, March 11.
Scrap metal valued at $400 was reported stolen from Monroe Mack Service, 1013 5th Ave., at 3:38 p.m. Monday, March 11.

Qiang Sun, 51, Burlingame, Calif., was cited for speeding at 3:23 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.
Kevin S. Eulgen, 48, Burlington, was cited for speeding at 5:03 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Shullsburg Township.
Jeremy L. Hefty, 30, Benton, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 5:37 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.
Telephone harassment was reported at a residence on County K in Darlington Township at 8 p.m. The complainant was receiving unwanted calls and text messages.
