MONROE - Carley L. Muenchow, 23, Janesville, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. Wednesday on a Rock County warrant for failure to pay fines on previous charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing. Muenchow was also cited for non-registration of a vehicle. Muenchow was turned over to Rock County deputies.
