• Police assisted Madison police with a welfare check at 5:19 p.m.

• Police received a cell phone at 6:24 p.m. and returned it to its owner.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 8:47 p.m. with a domestic issue in the W7000 block of County J.

On Saturday:

• Brian E. Snider, 45, Monroe, was cited at 10:49 a.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Raney E. Reeves III, 49, Stoughton, was cited at 12:20 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Cole A. Henning, 25, Monticello, was cited at 1:05 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Matthew M. Gerke, 22, Madison, was cited at 6:23 p.m. for excessive window tinting and driving without a valid license on Wis. 69.

• Roderick M. Adams, 63, Freeport, was cited at 7:04 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Alex J. Wealti, 23, Belleville, was cited at 7:51 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Samuel M. Zweerts, 18, Blanchardville, was cited at 8:28 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

On Sunday:

• Police assisted a driver at 1:06 a.m. in the 2400 block of Wis. 69.

• Bridget C. Kelly, 23, New Glarus, was cited at 9:37 a.m. for a seatbelt violation and failing to stop at a stop sign in the 300 block of 6th Avenue.

• Police assisted Green County Sheriff deputies at 11:53 a.m. with a welfare check at the New Glarus State Woods Park.

• Chad A. Murray, 41, New Glarus, was cited at 12:29 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Jeffrey P. Johnston, 32, Madison, was cited at 2:11 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on 2nd Street.

• Nathan B. Feldt, 23, Monroe, was cited at 6:12 p.m. for speeding in the 1500 block of Wis. 69.

• Denise K. Koch, 64, Cobb, was cited at 8:25 p.m. for non-registration of a vehicle on Durst Road.

• A malfunctioning light fixture was reported at 9:40 p.m. in the village park.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• A civil dispute was reported at 2:06 p.m. on County N, Town of Argyle.

• A disabled vehicle was reported at 3:52 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 9:22 p.m. on Wildcat Road, Town of Darlington.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 11:51 p.m. on West Grove Street in South Wayne.
