BRODHEAD - Jessy J. Bennett, 27, Brodhead, was arrested in the 1600 block of 20th Street at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, May 19, on a warrant issued by the Rock County Circuit Court. She was also charged with resisting/interfering with an officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license, failure to signal a turn, unreasonable and imprudent speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign. She was jailed.
• Jenah R. Rosheisen, 26, Brodhead, was arrested in the 1400 block of West 4th Avenue at 7:02 p.m. Monday, May 27, on a warrant issued by the Beloit Municipal Court. Cash bond was posted, and she was released.
• Nicholas B. Thies, 26, Janesville, was cited for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday, May 21.
• A 15-year-old Brodhead boy was cited for truancy at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 21.
• Paula W. Kaplan, 64, Brodhead, was cited for speeding at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday, May 21.
• David A. Nolte, 19, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving a motorcycle without a valid license and non-registration of a vehicle at 8:49 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue.
• Gerardus L. Sirks IV, 45, Kenosha, was cited for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street at 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, May 22.
• Maxime Therrien, 28, Lachute, Quebec, Canada, was cited for a violation of a heavy truck route at 10:28 a.m. Friday, May 24, in the 900 block of 15th Street.
• Jonathon P. Bergman, 39, Decatur, was cited for a violation of a heavy truck route at 12:38 p.m. Friday, May 24, in the 900 block of 15th Street.
• Deborah J. Newcomb, 30, Brodhead, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:09 p.m. Friday, May 24, in the W700 block of Golf Course Road.
• Nicole M. Lincicum, 23, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance and for failure to yield at an uncontrolled intersection, resulting in a traffic accident, at 8:52 a.m. Sunday, May 25, in the 1600 block of East 4th Avenue.
• Stephen A. Slaughter, 34, Davis, Ill., was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license at 4:48 p.m. Monday, May 27, in the 400 block of 9th Street.
• Tamie J. Nielsen, 53, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 5:41 p.m. Monday, May 27, in the 400 block of 9th Street.
• Tina M. Allendorf, 38, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 6:20 p.m. Monday, May 27, in the 400 block of 9th Street.
• David A. Pryce, 62, Brodhead, was cited Tuesday, May 28, for non-registration of a vehicle, defective taillights, a defective windshield and driving without vehicle insurance, all stemming from a traffic stop May 1.
