- Jesse A. Partridge, 19, Albany, was arrested Sunday, June 3, on a warrant issued by Winnebago County for failure to appear.
- Tangy M. Grant, 24, New Glarus, was cited Sunday, May 27, for possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle as a passenger.
- Three Albany 12-year-olds were cited Tuesday, May 29, for possession of tobacco on school grounds.
- Two Albany 16-year-olds were charged Thursday, May 31, with two counts of theft and two counts of criminal damage to property. Related to the same incident, two 14-year-olds were also charged with theft as party to a crime.
- Erin A. Huggins, 18, Cottage Grove, was cited Saturday, June 2, for underage drinking.
- Melissa C. Dintleman, 20, Madison, was cited Saturday, June 2, for outdoor consumption of intoxicants.

MONROE - Daniel D. Douglas, 32, Albany, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense) after officers reportedly found him at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, June 3, passed out in the parking lot of Taco Bell, 606 W. 8th St., in the driver's seat of a running, in-gear vehicle that was impeding traffic and had its headlights on. A responding officer pulled the emergency brake to prevent the vehicle from moving. Douglas paid his cash bond and was released to a responsible party pending court.
- Dylan T. Connolly, 20, and Juleah E. Wendtland, 19, both of Monroe, were issued disorderly house citations after officers responded at 3:07 a.m. Sunday, June 3, to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue.
- An officer disposed of a dead cat after a person in the 1800 block of 9th Street reported at 8:21 a.m. Friday, June 1, that the animal had been hit by a car.
- Police fished a family of ducks out of a storm drain at Wisconsin 69 and 11th Street in response to a report taken at 8:42 a.m. Saturday, June 2.
- A resident in the 200 block of 11th Avenue reported at 8:44 a.m. Saturday, June 2, that an unknown vandal shot a paintball at the garage door.
- Thefts of solar landscaping lights were reported Saturday, June 2, in the 2300 block of 13th Street and 1800 block of 8th Street.
n A theft of prescription medication was reported at 2:21 p.m. Saturday, June 2, from a home in the 300 block of 4th Street. Police are investigating a suspect.
- A litter of abandoned kittens was reported in a shed in the 1000 block of 11th Street at 4:42 p.m. Saturday, June 2. Police contacted the Green County Humane Society to pick up the kittens.
- Police responded to a complaint at 7:16 p.m. Saturday, June 2, that a group of juveniles broke a tree branch during a ball game in Sunset Park, 300 3rd Ave. An officer warned the kids to be careful.
- A vehicle egging was reported at 11:24 p.m. Saturday, June 2, in the 900 block of 9th Street.
- A 40-ounce beer was reportedly shoplifted from Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St., at 11:37 p.m. Saturday, June 2.

NEW GLARUS - Aleah M. Kaldem, 30, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (second offense) at 7:28 p.m. Sunday, June 3, on Railroad Street at 6th Avenue. Kaldem was also cited for possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle and failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign. She was released to a responsible party.
- Gary Wirth, 34, Monroe, and Jamie Grinder, 34, Argyle, were cited outside a bar in the 400 block of 2nd Street at 1:45 a.m. Monday, May 28, for taking open containers of alcohol outside licensed premises. Dennis Beutel, 42, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct regarding his actions outside the bar.
- Walter J. Denuszek, 66, Glendale, was cited for speeding at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Aaron M. Pryce, 30, Albany, was cited at 4:53 p.m. Friday, June 1, for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on 6th Avenue at 2nd Street.
- Clinton Loggins, 27, New Glarus, was cited for driving without a valid license (second offense) at 7:43 p.m. Friday, June 1, after police stopped him for a registration violation on 6th Avenue at 5th Street.
- Ann M. Krieg, 41, Monticello, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 12:19 a.m. Saturday, June 2, after police stopped her for an equipment violation on 5th Avenue at 1st Street.
- Glen V. Turner, Jr., 39, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation and for driving without vehicle insurance at 3:55 p.m. Sunday, June 3, on Railroad Street at 6th Avenue.
- Police are investigating a report at 9 a.m. Monday, May 28, of a theft of money from a business in the 300 block of Railroad Street.
- Police took a report at 3:38 p.m. Friday, June 1, that someone tried to gain entry into a building in the 900 block of Railroad Street by prying metal sheeting off one of the doors. The department is encouraging anyone with information regarding the incident to call dispatch at 527-2145.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Gabriel Garduno, 21, rural Brodhead, was cited for driving without a valid license, failure to notify police of an accident and driving without vehicle insurance on Sunday, June 3, after deputies responded at 3:02 a.m. to a one-vehicle rollover in the N1300 block of Mount Hope Road in the Town of Spring Grove. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the vehicle had been abandoned. They later located the driver at a nearby residence. Garduno was reportedly headed south on Mount Hope Road when he failed to negotiate a curve and veered off the west side of the road, hitting an embankment and several trees which caused the vehicle to flip over onto its roof. Garduno was uninjured and wearing a seatbelt. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

DARLINGTON - Jarvis F. Witters, 34, Rewey, was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked license and speeding following a traffic stop at 7:56 p.m. Friday, June 1, on Sunnydale Road in the Town of Belmont. He was booked and then released from jail.
- Ryan J. Peterson, 29, South Wayne, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and trespassing after deputies responded at 1:48 a.m. Saturday, June 2, to a domestic disturbance on Cherry Road in the Town of Wiota. Peterson posted bond and was released.
- Jane M. Orosco, 42, Madison, was cited for speeding at 7:59 a.m. Friday, June 1, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
- A 13-year-old Gratiot boy was cited for loud exhaust following a stop at 2:54 p.m. Saturday, June 2, on the Cheese County Trail.
- Chad W. Phillips, 27, Apple River, was cited for excessive noise pollution following a stop at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 2, on the Cheese County Trail.
- Jeffrey M. Schrear, 44, Darlington, was cited for driving while intoxicated and failure to have control at 10:22 p.m. Saturday, June 2, after deputies along with Rural Medical Ambulance and the Darlington Fire Department responded to County F in the Town of Fayette for a motorcycle accident. Schrear was headed southbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and overturned his motorcycle. He was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington for an evaluation of injuries. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
- Alexander O. Brines, 18, Shullsburg, was cited for failure to keep a vehicle under control and transported by Belmont EMS to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington for an evaluation of injuries after a deputy and the Belmont Fire Department responded at 10:19 a.m. Sunday, June 3, to a one-vehicle accident on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour. Brines was driving eastbound when he veered onto the shoulder, overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle then went into a cornfield, hit an embankment and crossed Prairie Road, coming to rest in the ditch. It was towed from the scene.
