Monroe Police

MONROE - Marquis Mekhi-Isaiah Mayo, 17, Monroe; Trever L. Martin, 17, Monroe; and a 16-year-old juvenile were cited for violating curfew at 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of 24th Avenue. The 16-year-old was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Cody A. Young, 18, Argyle; Matthew J. Rosebrook, 18, Argyle; Patrick J. Allen, 18, Argyle; and two 15-year-old juveniles were cited for underage drinking at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of 22 Avenue. Allen was also cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Tommie L. Scudder III, 28, Fitchburg, was cited for operating with a suspended driver's license and operating with canceled registration at 2:28 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 92, near Freidig Road, in the Town of Brooklyn, following a traffic stop for a registration violation. He was released.

- Duane R. Rodebaugh, 29, Monroe, was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Green County Circuit Court for failure to pay a fine on a bail jumping charge at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday. Rodebaugh was jailed, and was later released.
