MONROE - On Thursday, June 27:
- A broken stop sign post was reported at 1:59 a.m. at the intersection of 10th Street and 22nd Avenue. The caller believed the damage was intentional.
- Eggs, flour, tomato soup, shaving cream and other substances were reported dumped on a vehicle parked in the 900 block of 19th Avenue at 7:19 a.m. Police have leads on the culprit.
- An anonymous caller at 9:28 a.m. complained that a resident in the 1800 block of 8th Street has weeds and thistles growing in a flower bed in the front yard. The caller was worried about the thistles spreading to neighboring yards. An officer advised the resident of the complaint.
- A construction materials supplier complained at 12:02 p.m. about a possible theft, in reference to unpaid bills for materials.
- A caller at 2:20 p.m. reported that tenants in the 1300 block of 9th Street moved out and abandoned dogs inside the home. Police stopped by and saw a TV on inside the residence. No one answered the door.
- At 3:15 p.m., a resident in the 1300 block of 16th Street reported finding black trousers, a sock and a crushed cellphone in her yard. Police disposed of the items.
- Police took a complaint at 5:41 p.m. of a boat on a trailer parked in the road in the 1800 block of 11th Street.
- An unmowed, weed-filled vacant lot was reported at 6:05 p.m. in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. It belongs to Monroe Clinic. Staff there told police the lot would be maintained.
- At 8:42 p.m., a brown dog was reported running at large in the 1400 block of 13th Avenue. The dog had been taken in by the time an officer arrived. The owner was warned.

MONROE - On Thursday, June 27:
- Brett D. Hutchinson, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear in court. He was jailed pending court.
- Thomas J. Liebert, 59, Brooklyn, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. at a residence on Legler Road in Brooklyn Township on a warrant for contempt of court by failing to pay attorney fees. He posted bond and was released.
- Genaro Juan Ramirez Santo, 28, Brooklyn, was cited for driving without a valid license at 4:26 a.m. on Wisconsin 104 at Wisconsin 59 in Albany Township.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday, June 27:
- Jacqueline M. Nelson, 22, Madison, was cited for speeding at 9:55 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.
- A deputy responded at 8:52 a.m. to a report of several horses in the roadway on Gun Club Road in Darlington Township.
- A report was filed at 9:42 a.m. for a stolen license place. The plate had been removed from the vehicle while it was parked in the Woodford area.
- Several harassment incidents that occurred between neighbors on Lincicum Road in Wayne Township were reported at 10 a.m.
- Elaine A. Albright, 56, Blanchardville, was cited for speeding at 10:31 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.
- Samantha M. Maluchnik, 18, Potosi, was cited for an expired vehicle registration at 11:43 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.
- A deputy responded to a residence on West Grove Street in South Wayne at 6:52 p.m. for a barking dog complaint.
- A telephone scam was reported at 9 p.m. at a residence on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.
- A deputy responded to U.S. 151 in Belmont Township at 10:07 p.m. for a report of a male walking along the shoulder of the road. He was identified and provided a ride to Hazel Green, where he was assisted in getting another ride to his destination in Dubuque.
- A deputy provided a ride at 10:10 p.m. to a residence on Rural Ridge Road to an intoxicated male found walking along Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.
