MONROE - Walter G. Melton, Jr., 36, Bement, Ill., was arrested on a child support warrant at about 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Courthouse.
• Gerald J. Right, 19, Freeport, was taken into custody by Illinois authorities and jailed at the Stephenson County jail pending court, after fleeing the scene when Green County deputies responded to a domestic dispute at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in Cadiz township.

DARLINGTON - Fredrick E. Kuehl, 37, Shueyville, Iowa, was arrested on warrants from Grant and Crawford counties at about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday on Mount Avenue in Belmont. Kuehl was transported to the Platteville Police Department and turned over to a Grant County deputy.
