MONROE - Alton L. Bellows, 27, Monroe, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of W. 21st Street for bail jumping. Bellows was jailed.
• Travis A. Vincent, 20, Monroe, was cited for a charge of being an underage person possessing or consuming an alcoholic beverage, third offense, at about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 5th Avenue. Vincent was released pending court.
