• Thomas C. Smith, 62, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping at 3:36 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue. He was released.

• Deputies responded to a disorderly conduct at 3:38 p.m. on County W, Shullsburg Township.
• A deputy responded to a disorderly conduct at 7:21 p.m. on West Water Street, Shullsburg.
