Monroe Police

MONROE - Tylor E. Guarrero, 27, Monroe, was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by Lodi Police Department for failure to pay a fine at 5:57 p.m. Friday, in the 1800 block of 12th Street. Guarrero was released after posting cash bond.

- Allen S. Bechtolt, 26, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under domestic abuse laws at 12:49 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue. He was also arrested for resisting an officer and bail jumping. He was jailed.

- Ramiro Gregorio Aniceto, 24, Monroe, was arrested for obstructing an officer at 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of 10th Avenue. He was jailed.

- Ryan J. Heaslip, 24, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under domestic abuse laws at 1:38 a.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of 13th Avenue. He was jailed.

- Cory E. Thornton, 20, Monroe, was cited for underage possession or consumption at 4:21 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. He was released with a court date.

- Cody L. A. Bates, 20, Monroe, was cited for underage possession or consumption at 4:21 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. He was released.

- Kyle D. Williams, 18, Monroe, was cited for underage possession or consumption at 4:21 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. He was released with a court date.

- A 17-year-old male was cited for underage possession or consumption and curfew at 4:21 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of 9th Street. He was released with a court date.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Deputies responded to an open door at a business at 12:41 a.m. Friday in the North 3900 block of Golf Course Road in the Town of Decatur. Reports indicate that Mae S. Cowan, 46, Janesville, was cited possession of THC and drug paraphernalia during the investigation. She was released.

- Deputies received a report of a motor vehicle theft at 4:42 a.m. Friday from Sweet Mini Ha Ha Campground on North 4697 County E, in the Town of Decatur. An investigation revealed that James M. Horne, 31, Mosinee, drove the vehicle without the owner's consent to the Town of Beloit, where he crashed. The Beloit Police Department investigated the crash. Horne will be cited for a county ordinance of unlawful operation of a motor vehicle and released.

- Marcus D. Parker 22, Madison, was cited for driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license at 6:04 a.m. Sunday in N9000 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of New Glarus, following a traffic stop.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Jonathan R. Leverton Duerst, 18, New Glarus, was arrested for three active warrants issued by the Brodhead Police Department at 6:37 p.m. June 16. He was jailed.

- Jessica L. Vanhook, 28, Blanchardville, was cited for no valid driver's license and driving a vehicle without insurance at 1:23 p.m. Friday on 6th Avenue at 1st Street, after being stopped for an equipment violation.

- Officers took a theft report at 10:24 a.m. Sunday from the 500 block of 5th Avenue. Reports indicate that a plastic lawn ornament of "Uncle Sam" was stolen from the yard of a residence. The case is under investigation.

- Dillon D. Wiese, 19, New Glarus, was cited for no protective glasses or windshield while operating a motorcycle at 10:43 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Wis. 69. Wiese was released with a court date.

- Dylan T. Koons, 19, Sun Prairie, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance at 11:23 p.m. Sunday, after being stopped for a traffic violation
