MONROE POLICE

MONROE - Joseph D. Ruegsegger, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday for fleeing an officer in the 600 block of 17th Avenue. Ruegsegger was also charged with bail jumping and driving with a suspended license and was jailed.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - A theft was reported at 1 p.m. Wednesday after money was found missing from the self-registration cash box at the New Glarus Woods State Park in the W5400 block of County NN, Town of New Glarus. DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• An open door was reported at 1:52 a.m. on Wisconsin 81, Town of Darlington.

• A civil dispute was reported at 9:57 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Blanchard.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 11:06 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Blanchard.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 2:10 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• A traffic complaint was made at 11:44 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• A deputy assisted the Green County Sheriff at 11:57 p.m. on Noble Street in Gratiot.
