Garetson was confined in jail.• Joshua B. Hopkins, 22, Monroe, was arrested for a 1st offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 3:52 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of 10th Street, following a traffic stop. Hopkins was cited and released pending a court appearance.
- Brian A. Conkling, 40, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct under the domestic abuse laws at 7:55 p.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of 10th Street, following a domestic disturbance reference. Conkling posted cash bond and was released pending a court appearance.
- Nathan R. M. Sweet, 19, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping and resisting an officer at 3:23 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West. Sweet was confined at the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
- Brian A. Boeke, 41, Freeport, was cited for speeding at 9:33 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69. He was released with a court date.
- Nelle A. Zion, 68, Sterling, was cited for speeding at 10:31 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Wis. 69. She was released with a court date.
- Chad A. Berger, 16, Oshkosh, was cited for speeding at 11:43 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Wis. 69. He was released with a court date.
