• Hailey M. Truman, 19, Freeport, Ill., was cited at 12:40 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.
• A theft was reported at 7:28 p.m. on Mullen Road, Town of White Oak Springs.
• A traffic complaint was made at 7:45 p.m. on Wilkinson Road, Town of Benton.
