MONROE - Hannah M. Driscoll, 22, Mount Vernon, Iowa, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated, possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday after police stopped her for speeding in the W1700 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Spring Grove. She was also cited for speeding. She was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Alex Schultz, 32, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding at 5:51 a.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in the Town of Benton.
• Ricky Davidson, 55, Darlington, was arrested and jailed on a valid Iowa County warrant at 8 a.m. after he contacted police to report a hit and run on South Park Street in Belmont.
• Mackenzie Serbousek, 18, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 7:33 p.m. following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in Benton.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 8:20 a.m. on County G in the Town of Argyle.
• A theft was reported at 5:37 p.m. on West Mound Road in the Town of Belmont.
• An animal bite was reported at 7 p.m. on Judgement Street in Shullsburg.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 9:43 p.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.
