LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the road at 5:09 a.m. in Darlington Township.
• A civil dispute was reported at 9:17 a.m. on County D, Fayette Township.
• A welfare check was made at 11:05 a.m. on Bean Street, Village of Benton.
• A deputy responded to a report of harassment at 4:27 p.m. on County D, Fayette Township.
• A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call at 7:16 p.m. on Poplar Street, Village of Argyle.
• A deputy assisted Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources at 11:11 p.m. on Lake Road, Fayette Township.
• Scott E. Walton, 36, Shullsburg, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on two Lafayette County warrants and a count of Operating After Revocation on County W, New Diggings Township. Walton was transported to the Lafayette County Jail and remains in custody.
