BRODHEAD - Kade A. Bevars, 29, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, June 24, in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.
- Heather L. Prinkey, 36, Brodhead, was cited for second-offense disorderly conduct at 2:44 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 900 block of West Exchange Street.
- Ventura Diaz-Xoyatla, 23, Monroe, was cited for driving without a valid license at 10:14 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 600 block of 1st Street.
- Brandon J. Collier, 34, Brodhead, was cited Friday, June 29, for two offenses of issuing worthless checks.

MONROE - Torrence Ivory, 31, and Megan R. Reynolds, 25, both of Monroe, were arrested after deputies observed an altercation between two people in the parking lot of W5292 County KK in the Town of Monroe at 2:05 a.m. Friday, June 29. Reynolds was driving away from a nearby business with a female passenger when Ivory reportedly jumped on the roof of Reynolds' car and was pounding on it and yelling. When Reynolds realized Ivory was on the roof, she pulled off County KK into the parking lot. Ivory was cited for disorderly conduct and riding illegally on a vehicle, then released pending court. Reynolds was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), then released to a responsible party. The Monroe Police Department assisted at the scene.
