MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Joshua J. Miller, 23, Belleville, was cited for not having insurance and seventh-offense operating while suspended at 5:20 a.m. after police stopped him in the N9100 block of County D in the Town of Exeter. He was released pending court.
• Shannon M. Owen, 37, Madison, was cited for operating without a valid license at 1:35 p.m. following a traffic stop in the N2300 block of County K in the Town of Clarno. Owen was released pending court.
• Cole A. Mabis, 30, Belleville, was arrested and jailed at 3:26 p.m. at the Green County Justice Center on a probation warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
• Jeffrey A. Scott, 53, Brodhead, was arrested on a Rock County warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge at 5:56 p.m. in the W500 block of County F in the Town of Decatur. He was turned over to Rock County authorities.

• Kevin T. Sashko, 28, Des Plaines, Ill., was cited for speeding at 6:19 p.m. after police stopped him on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of New Diggings.
• Robert J. Cleary, 65, Pecos, N.M., was cited for driver allowing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 8:56 p.m. after police responded to a complaint of a vehicle parked along the road on County F in the Town of Blanchard. Beau J. Priest, 32, Pecos, N.M., was cited for disorderly conduct and having open intoxicants. Daniel Schutte, 45, Blanchardville, was cited for disorderly conduct.
• A civil dispute was reported at 7:50 a.m. on County P in the Town of Monticello.
• A disturbance was reported at 7:57 a.m. on Galena Street in Darlington.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 4:29 p.m. on County XX in the Town of Belmont.
• A noise complaint was reported at 10:39 p.m. on Railroad Avenue in Benton.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 11:09 p.m. on Furnace Hill Road in the Town of Willow Springs.
