MONROE - Three people were cited following a traffic stop at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of 18th Avenue. Daniel J. Douglas, 17, Brodhead, was cited for violating the graduated drivers license restrictions, failure to wear a seatbelt and a curfew violation. Joseph T. Clark, 17, Brodhead, was cited for underage drinking and violating curfew. James A. Lewis, 17, Brodhead, was cited for a curfew violation. They were released to their parents.
• Emily K. Strang, 17, Brodhead, was cited for theft at about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at ShopKo. She was released pending court.
