Monroe Police

MONROE - Brian W. Martin, 20, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 8:21 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 9th Street. Martin was released.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Micki F. Nafzger, 17, Monroe, was taken into custody at 9:22 a.m. Friday, after deputies were called to the Probation and Parole Office at the Green County Justice Center. Nafzger was placed on a probation hold ordered by his agent. Nafzger was jailed.

- Wayne J. Adams, 50, Browntown, was arrested for three counts of battery and three counts of disorderly conduct at 7:12 p.m. Friday at a residence on West River Road in the Town of Cadiz, following a domestic disturbance. Julie A. Adams 45, Browntown, was also arrested for disorderly conduct and battery, and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections also ordered a Probation Hold on Adams. A third subject, Rebecca J. Ruthven 24, Freeport, was arrested for domestic abuse related disorderly conduct and battery. Reports indicated that a verbal argument started over the phone, which ended in a physical altercation between several subjects. All were jailed.

- Jonathan J. Taylor, 21, Madison, was cited for operating with a suspended driver's license at 10:09 p.m. Friday in the W3900 block of Exeter Crossing Road in the Town of Exeter, following a traffic infraction. The passenger, Hannah Jo Mellem, 17, Monticello, was cited for allowing an unauthorized person to drive and underage possession or consumption of alcohol. Both were released.

- Elias Ojeda Castro, 30, Monroe, was cited for operating with a suspended driver's license at 1:34 p.m. Saturday in Brodhead. Ojeda Castro was released.

- Steven M. Steiner, 50, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:18 a.m. Sunday in the Village of Albany, following reports of a subject creating a disturbance on a street. Steiner was released.

- Philip Suh, 31, Hoffman Estates, Ill.; Kimberly Joy Bolt Taaca, 35, Crest Hill, Ill.; Jeremy J. Decker, 28, Woodridge, Ill.; Nolan J. Taaca, 37, Crest Hill, Ill.; Charles Victor Cameron, 44, Aurora, Ill., were cited unreasonable and imprudent speed at 6:54 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11, west of County G, in the Town of Spring Grove, following a traffic complaint of a group of motorcycles traveling eastbound on Wis. 11 a high rate of speed. Deputies located the motorcycles traveling at about 120 mph. All subjects were released.

- The Sheriff's Department was informed of a horse found on Wis. 81 at County N on Saturday. The horse is described as mostly brown, with a white chest and face. The owner of the horse can contact the Sheriff's Department.

- A BlackBerry cell phone was found at 7:52 a.m. Saturday on Greenbush Road and turned into the Sheriff's Department. It can be identified and claimed at the Sheriff's Department.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jesus Velasco, 22, Darlington, was cited for operating while intoxicated, operating after suspension, and operating left of center at 1:10 a.m. Saturday on Galena Street in the City of Darlington, following a traffic stop.

- Austin J. Penniston, 30, Argyle, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 6:34 a.m. Sunday on South State Street in the Village of Argyle, after reports were taken of an intoxicated male. Penniston was transported to the Lafayette Count Jail, where he later posted bond and was released.
