MONROE - On Tuesday, Jan. 7:
• John R. Karls, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 7:34 a.m. on a probation and parole warrant after deputies were called to the Probation and Parole Office at 2841 6th Street in Monroe. Karls was taken into custody without incident.
• Edward R. McLain, 48, Albany, was arrested on Green County felony warrants for disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping at 9:25 p.m. at his residence in the W700 block of Atkinson Road in Albany Township. McLain was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Jan. 7:
• A deputy responded at 12:44 p.m. to Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township for a report of debris in the highway. The deputy removed the debris.
• A deputy responded at 1:46 p.m. to County E in Darlington Township for a report of debris in the roadway. The deputy removed the debris.
• A deputy responded at 4:08 p.m. to West Grove Street in the Village of South Wayne for a complaint of telephone harassment.
