Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Jan. 26:

• Olivia M. Johnson, 32, Brooklyn, was cited for operating while revoked (OWI related), failure to install an IID, speeding and non-registration of the vehicle at 9:33 a.m. in the W2900 block of Wis. 92 in the Township of Exeter. She was released pending court.

On Jan. 28:

• Travis J. Robles, 24, Beloit, was cited for speeding and operating after suspension at 12:58 p.m. in the W5300 block of Wis. 11 in Monroe. Robles was released with a court date and a valid driver drove from the scene. During the traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle, Vernon L. Miller, 23, Beloit, was arrested on a Rock County warrant for failure to support. Miller was later turned over to Rock County deputies.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Taylor L. Veer, 23, Monroe, was arrested for an outstanding warrant for failure to pay child support at 4:51 p.m. Jan. 24. Veer was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.

• Trenity J. Wright, 27, Monroe, was arrested following a domestic disturbance call at 11:41 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1700 block of 17th Street. Wright was charged with disorderly conduct while armed with a knife, resisting arrest, attempted battery to an officer, three counts of felony bail jumping due to offenses while on bail from a prior case, and criminal damage to property. Wright was also placed on a hold by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Wright was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

• A man making threats to a business was reported at 12:20 a.m. Jan. 26 in the 1300 block of 6th Avenue. Dustin W. Johnson, 31, Monticello, was arrested for disorderly conduct for making a prank threat, and was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

• Bobbi J. Tschumper, 47, Monroe, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (1st offense) and cited for failure to yield to right of way from a yield sign, hit and run to an unoccupied vehicle and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration on Jan. 27 in the 1600 block of 11th Street. The vehicle was located shortly after the hit-and-run crash was reported. Tschumper was released to a responsible person pending court.

• Kenneth H. Kopplin, 47, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct at 12:34 a.m. in the 700 block of 12th Avenue after a domestic dispute call. Kopplin was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. There were minor injuries to a 33-year-old female victim.

ALBANY - A juvenile was referred for disorderly conduct on Jan. 15.

• A juvenile was referred for Truancy on Jan. 18.

• A juvenile was referred for disorderly conduct on Jan. 20.

• A juvenile was referred for disorderly conduct Jan. 22.

• Jeremy A. Moore, 35, Janesville, was cited for operation after revocation on Jan. 23.

• Nicholas W.L. Nyman, 23, Brodhead, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance Jan. 23.
