MONROE - Sarah L. Pehl, 25, Freeport, Ill., was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of 12th Street. She was jailed.

MONROE - Michael W. Moser, 53, Monticello, was arrested for contempt of court/failure to pay fees at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Green County Justice Center. He was jailed.
• Derrick E. Fish, 33, Monroe, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in the N7500 block of Wisconsin 69. He was released pending court.
