ALBANY - Sharon L. Statdfield, 74, Albany, was arrested on Feb. 1 for driving while intoxicated and was cited for driving left of the centerline and without a valid license.

BRODHEAD - For the week of Jan. 31 to Feb. 6, there were 27 citizen assists, 21 registrations, 13 assists of other agencies, 12 security checks, 10 traffic stops, nine 911 calls, four EMS calls and one fire call.
On Jan. 31, a dog at large was reported at 10:58 a.m. in the 2200 block of West 4th Avenue. The animal's owner was contacted and issued a warning.
On Feb. 1, police issued a warning at 5:33 p.m. to the owner of a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone in the 1500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Wednesday:
Police issued a warning at 6:17 p.m. to the driver of a truck parked off of a truck route in the 2500 block of East 3rd Avenue.
A 23-year-old Monroe man was cited at 3:04 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
A 39-year-old Stoughton man was cited at 8:41 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Friday, a stray cat was reported at 4:55 p.m. in the 100 block of 23rd Street. The owners of the cat could not be found, so the cat was turned over to the Green County Humane Society.
On Saturday:
A 54-year-old Janesville man was cited at 8:06 a.m. for speeding in the 200 block of 1st Street.
An abandoned vehicle was reported at 12:16 p.m. in the 1400 block of 21st Street. Police ordered the owner to remove the vehicle.
Two dogs at large were reported at 6:54 p.m. near the intersection of 6th Street and East 6th Avenue. The dogs were returned to their owner, who was issued a warning.
A car alarm was reported at 9:47 p.m. in the 500 block of 10th Street. No vehicle with an alarm sounding was found.

DARLINGTON - On Saturday, Brian Watson, 39, Cuba City, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. for disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property after a disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Cornelia Street. Watson was jailed.
On Sunday, Julius Schaeffer, 28, Platteville, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. for domestic disorderly conduct and a probation violation after police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Keep Street. Schaeffer was jailed.
MONROE POLICE
MONROE - On Friday, Jamie M. Grosse, 42, Monroe, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. for a probation violation and disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Grosse was jailed.
On Saturday:
Miranda N. Thomas, 32, Freeport, Ill., was arrested at 2:26 a.m. for driving while intoxicated in the 700 block of 8th Street. Thomas was also cited for failing to yield the right-of-way. She was released pending court.
Diane L. Garrison, 46, and Tommy R. Goebel, 47, both of Monroe, were arrested at 4:32 a.m. for disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute was reported in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street. Both were released pending court.

NEW GLARUS - On Feb. 1:
Telephone scams were reported at 9:21 a.m., 4:04 p.m. and 4:38 p.m. after residents received phone calls from people claiming to be from the IRS. The calls were determined to be a common type of scam.
Wyatt J. Ramstack, 20, Sun Prairie, was cited at 11:15 a.m. for speeding and driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.
Joshua D. Cox, 38, South Wayne, was cited at 4:14 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance and a seatbelt violation at the intersection of Wis. 69 and Kubly Road.

New Glarus Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department at 12:52 a.m. with an ongoing investigation.
