MONROE - Jamie A. Baxter, 26, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a domestic abuse investigation at about 4 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of 23rd Avenue. Baxter was jailed.
• Marcus G. Venden, 30, Monroe, was arrested for a probation violation at about 5:30 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of 12th Street. He was jailed.
• Michelle A. Liphart, 27, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving at about 4 p.m. Friday at 20th Avenue and 11th Street. She was released pending court.
