MONROE - On Saturday, Feb. 15:
Samantha J. Siegel, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. in the 400 block of West 17th Street for operating while intoxicated, second offense. Siegel was released with a court date.
Ralph F. Stammen, 60, Monroe, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. for bail jumping in the 900 block of 16th Avenue. Stammen was confined at the Green County Jail.
Milo V. Newton, 34, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under domestic abuse law. Newton was confined at the Green County Jail.

MONROE - On Friday, Feb. 14:
Darrin W. Demrow, 35, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on felony bail jumping, domestic abuse-related battery, disorderly conduct and intimidation of a victim allegedly occurring in a vehicle at the N3600 block of County E, Decatur. Demrow was jailed pending an initial court appearance.
Steven R. Poppie, 39, rural Beloit, was arrested on a probation violation at 11:58 a.m. at the parole office in the Green County Justice Center. Poppie was jailed.
On Saturday Feb. 15:
A follow-up investigation into a vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday, Feb. 1 lead to the citation of Jamie A. Baxter, 30, Monroe, who was the vehicle operator at the time of the accident. It was initially reported Tammy Herrington, 41, South Wayne, was the operator. Baxter allegedly fled the scene to avoid being arrested for arrest warrants at the time of the incident. Stemming from the newly received information, Baxter was cited for failure to maintain control, operating without insurance, operating with a suspended license, fourth or greater offense, and failure to notify law enforcement of a vehicle accident. Baxter remains jailed on unrelated charges. The other occupants, Herrington and Jerry R. Davis, 40, South Wayne, were subsequently cited for obstruction for providing misleading information to police during the initial crash investigation. Davis was also arrested on a Department of Corrections probation warrant and jailed. Herrington was released pending court.
Lafayette County Sheriff
DARLINGTON - On Friday, Feb. 14:
A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint at 8:00 a.m. at a location on Wis. 81, Argyle Township.
A deputy responded to Black Hawk Schools, South Wayne, at 10:12 a.m. for a complaint of an 11-year-old in possession of tobacco.
Jamie A. B. Wood, 30, South Wayne, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. at a residence on West Center Street, South Wayne, on a Green County warrant. The Green County Sheriff's Department took custody of Wood at a location on Wis. 11 and transported him to jail.
Ellie M. Erdmann, 44, Argyle, was cited at 11:34 p.m. for operating after revocation on County A, Argyle Township.
On Saturday, Feb. 15:
A deputy responded at 8:49 a.m. to West Mound Road, Belmont Township to check the welfare of a subject reported to be walking in the roadway. A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper assisted but the subject was not located.
A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint at 9:30 a.m. at a location on County N, Argyle Township.
Toree J. Baker, 29, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 2:38 p.m. on Wis. 81, Seymour Township.
A deputy assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department at 7:15 p.m. with locating a male subject at a residence on East Center Street, South Wayne, for a citation service.
On Sunday, Feb. 16:
Jeremiah W. Johnson, 34, Mineral Point, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct following an investigation into a disturbance at a residence on County S, Willow Springs Township. Johnson later posted bond and was released pending court.
Deputies transported a juvenile at 10:50 a.m. from a hospital in Madison to a facility in Oshkosh.
A deputy responded at 4:40 p.m. to Wis. 78, Argyle Township, for a report of a male transient walking on the shoulder of the roadway. The subject was located and was assisted with finding transportation to his destination in Illinois.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - Trevor Shoemaker, 22, Brodhead, was cited Monday, Feb. 10 for disorderly conduct related to an incident that occurred on Dec. 29 in the 1100 block of West 2nd Avenue. A court date was issued.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12:
Tyler J. Engelke, 18, Brodhead, was cited at 9:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was issued.
Stephanie M. Pickett, 32, Brodhead, was cited at 2:46 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 6th Avenue for failure to yield for a yield sign. A court date was issued.
Olivia L. J. Halvorson, 25, Albany, was cited at 10:44 p.m. at 1st Center Avenue and McEwen Street for operating after revocation. A court date was issued.
Kimberly A. Ross, 27, Brodhead, was cited at 10:19 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15 in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue for operating without a valid driver's license. A court date was issued.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - On Sunday Feb. 9:
Police responded at 6:04 p.m. to the bicycle trail at the 1100 block of Wis. 69 for a vehicle stuck in the snow. It should be noted the trail is currently being used by snowmobiles. The driver of the stuck vehicle thought the trail was a side access road to Subway. Officers helped him remove the vehicle by shoveling the vehicle free.
Police checked on a vehicle parked in the back of a closed business in the 1400 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle was occupied by three people who were from out of state. Everything appeared to be fine.
On Monday Feb. 10:
Connie L. Wilson, 50 Freeport, was cited at 11:25 a.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.
Police were requested at 2:09 p.m. by the Green County Sheriff's Department to intercept a vehicle heading toward New Glarus on Wis. 39, as there was a traffic violation reported by a citizen that occurred in the county.
Police were requested at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11 by the Green County Sheriff's Department to conduct a check on an inmate who was out on work release.
On Friday, Feb. 14:
Harry W. Patterson III, 32, Sun Prairie, was cited at 9:25 a.m. for a speeding violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69
Police were dispatched at 3:40 p.m. to the area of Candy Cane Park to locate a possible missing child. The child was located a short time later at a location where the child was supposed to be.
Minor injuries were reported in a two-car crash in the 700 block of Wis. 69. Investigation revealed that a vehicle was stopped in the lane of traffic with its left turn signal activated waiting to turn. A vehicle operated by Margaret E. Wilson, 55, Monroe, rear-ended the stopped vehicle. Wilson was cited for inattentive driving.
On Saturday, Feb. 15:
Police took a complaint at 1:53 p.m. of a lost purse in the downtown area. The purse was located and all items were accounted for.
Sergio I. Ugalde-Trejo, 24, Madison, was cited at 6:04 p.m. for operating a vehicle while suspended after police stopped him for an equipment violation on Wis. 69 near 11th Avenue.
