Monroe Police

MONROE - Jerry H. Onucko, 24, Sun Prairie, was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at Sixth Street and 18th Avenue. He was released pending court.

New Glarus

NEW GLARUS - Jerome J. Fabish, 40, New Glarus, was arrested for violating a restraining order at about 5:45 p.m. Thursday at Second Street and First Avenue. He was released pending court.

• Rebecca E. Jorgenson, 26, New Glarus, was arrested at about 6 p.m. Feb. 2 for a warrant issued by Iowa County. She posted bond and was released.

• Jerry J. Brendemuehl, 58, New Glarus, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Feb. 3 for a warrant issued by Iowa County. He posted bond and was released.

• A 15-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct after he hit a teacher at about 3 p.m. Feb. 3 at the New Glarus High School. He was released pending court.

• Police were called to a Third Street residence for a 10-year-old male who had bitten his mother and armed himself with a knife. Officers were able to gain control of the juvenile who was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and battery.

• Hector Rubio Leon, 39, Monroe, was cited for driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop at about 8:45 p.m. Feb. 3 on County W near Hoesly Road.

• Thomas O. Hocraffer, 45, Freeport, Ill., was cited for driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop at about 4 a.m. Thursday on Second Street near Third Avenue.

• Craig L. Slotten, 19, Monticello, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on Third Avenue near Second Street.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Ronald L. Brandt, 39, McFarland, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, open intoxicants in a vehicle and speeding, following a traffic stop at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the W3200 block of Wisconsin 11. He was released pending court.

• Julian C. Francois III, 18, Belleville, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, speeding and failure to display a license plate following a traffic stop at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday on County W at Schilt Road. Passengers Michael A. Doyle Jr., 19, and Nicholas H. Murphy, 18, Belleville, were cited for underage drinking and open intoxicants in a vehicle. All were released pending court.

• Juan Jose Rivera, 34, Beloit, was cited for second-offense driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the W5200 block of Wis. 11/81. He was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Heather M. Christopher, 37, Shullsburg, was arrested for drunken driving and speeding following a traffic stop at about 6:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township. She was released pending court.

• Pedro Serrano, 21, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 5:15 a.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in Seymour township.

• Joaquin Duran Duran, 43, Shullsburg, was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 7 a.m. Friday on County O in Seymour township.

• Fernando R. Solano, 31, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license and speeding following a traffic stop at about 1 p.m. Friday on Wis. 23 in Darlington township.

• Kim M. Scott, 50, Monroe, was cited for driving with an expired registration and speeding following a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Gratiot township.

• James L. Sweeney, 26, South Wayne, was cited for driving after revocation and failure to have his vehicle under control following a traffic stop at about 3 a.m. Sunday on Center Street in South Wayne.

• James P. Timura, 33, Cross Plains, was cited for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at about 2 p.m. Sunday on County H in Blanchard township.

• Kyle J. Little, 19, Kenosha, was cited for driving with an expired license and speeding following a traffic stop at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in Gratiot township.
