Monroe Police

MONROE - Lisa Santoro, 36, Monroe, was arrested at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of North 20th Avenue for an outstanding warrant issued by Lafayette County Sheriff's department. Santoro was jailed.

• Justin G. Scott, 17, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft at about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block on West Eighth Street. Scott was released pending a court appearance.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Whitney M. Hastings, 20, Morgantown, W.V., was cited for driving a vehicle with expired registration, after being stopped for a traffic violation, at about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 15 on 14th Avenue near First Street.

• Ja V. Ralston, 41, Belleville, was arrested on disorderly conduct charge under Wisconsin domestic abuse law at about 7 p.m. Dec. 1 by Belleville officers. New Glarus Police were called to assist.

• Police were called to Sixth Street at about 7 a.m. Thursday to investigate a report of domestic abuse. Investigation revealed male persons involved left prior to police arrival. The matter is being referred to Green County District Attorney's office, requesting a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin domestic abuse law against Douglas P. Roska, 49, New Glarus.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jeffrey R. Pickett, 49, Argyle, was arrested for operating after revocation at about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday on Milwaukee Street in Argyle. Picket was released pending court.

• Timothy J. Riley, 31, Lancaster, was arrested for operating while intoxicated at about 4 p.m. Wednesday on County J in Benton township. Riley remains jailed on a Department of Corrections probation hold.
